GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE: Except contrary stipulation, the complaints must be addressed in the 8 days by registered letter. The supporting documents must be joined. Any other complaint will be regarded as null. All our invoices are payable with large cash, without discount. The not-payment of an invoice in the month of its expiry involves, automatically without notice nor put in residence preliminary the current liability of a post maturity interest of to the rate of 1,17% per month from the expiry. In more it will be owe us a fixed allowance of 50 € minimum, to raise court expenses. Any litigations are exclusive competence of the courts of Namur. CANCELLATION: it must obligatorily be communicated in writing. The following expenses are carried in account starting from the reception of the mail: - 15 days before the arrival envisaged: 50% of the price of the stay with a minimum value of a night; - from 14 to 8 days before the arrival envisaged: 75% of the price of the stay, With a minimum value of a night; - 7 days before the arrival envisaged: or in the event of not arrived instead of the stay 100% of the price of the stay. The above mentioned expenses do not apply if the tenant or the owner finds a substitute for the same period. Écourtement of stay because of the locatairte right to a refunding does not give. COMPLAINTS: Any complaint or requires refunding for services not-receipts must be sent to the financial backer by letter registered within 30 day after the end of the stay. The supporting documents must be joined. Any other complaint will be regarded as null.
